We were very happy with the service that Malcolm provided. It was easy to contact him and to arrange a date so that he could assess our premises – both business and residential. He turned up on time and fitted in around us enabling us to carry on with our working day. He was polite and very helpful in explaining what he needed to do and with regards to his findings on the day. He emailed us his comprehensive report within a few days and has offered to answer any questions we might have about it.
